At Ma'ed Technologies, the startup I founded, we built a mobile app for our university campus: navigation, real-time announcements, and the daily information students actually needed in one place. It reached more than 2,000 active users in its first year.
I built the app in Flutter for both Android and iOS, and the product decisions were grounded in over 250 user research sessions we ran with campus students before and during development.
