The university's procurement process ran on paper: requests, approvals, and tracking all moved by hand. At Ma'ed Technologies I architected and built the frontend for a web application that moved the entire workflow online, cutting manual work by 65 percent.
The application is still in continuous use. Requirements came directly from the people using it, gathered through the same research practice that shaped everything we built at Ma'ed.
